I am requesting a new standard black mailbox to be purchased and installed by the Township. I am requesting a new standard wood post to be purchased and installed by the Township. I am requesting reimbursement for a damaged mailbox and/or post ($100 maximum). A copy of my receipt is attached.

I am requesting reimbursement for a damaged mailbox and/or post, but I do not have a receipt. ($20 for the mailbox and $25 for the post without receipt). I would like the Township to install a mailbox or post that I purchased.
