We would like to provide some clarification for residents on the four-installment payment plan for the sewer and trash/recycling bills. Unfortunately, an error was made by our contracted billing provider, and July (2nd installment) bills were not mailed. Third installment bills were mailed in August and may have reflected a larger balance (if the 2nd installment was not paid) due September 30.
We realize this causes confusion and apologize for the inconvenience. Please know that all residents have the option to make payments gradually over the remainder of the year, as long as the full balance is paid by the end of 2025. You may pay online or via mail. Please note: Staff cannot accept credit cards in person or over the phone. Bills not paid by the end of the year will be sent to a collections agency. The Township is rolling out a new payment system by year-end, which will allow residents to access accounts and manage payments online. This transition will help us ensure that future billing is accurate and timely.
