We have been notified by Energy Transfer (ET) that work will continue at the Meadowbrook Manor and Shoen Road sites. The work that is scheduled includes:
- Shoen Road site: A third party contractor (Rettew) will be completing geo physics work on either side of Shoen Rd. March 2-9. Part of Shoen Rd. will be closed on 3/9 as the work is completed.
- Meadowbrook Manor site: With the completion of the Mariner East 2 pipeline and ET's transition to operations, they continue to monitor their existing pipelines at the Meadowbrook Manor worksite in the Township. Their technicians continue to take readings of the strain gauges and to date all readings have remained within acceptable parameters. As part of that continued monitoring, their contractor, Rettew, will complete several borings to collect rock core samples within their permanent easement. Once the rock core samples are taken, the borings will be plugged by backfilling the holes with cement-based grout. The work crews will mobilize to the worksite via Briar Road on Monday, March 7th and complete the work within a few days. ET has also notified the county and landowners about the scheduled work.
