[ARCHIVED] Air Output Near Chester County Library

Today, Energy Transfer is running a tool through newly installed pipelines near Chester Co. Library. At the end of the run, air will be emitted which people may be able to hear. The run is part of normal protocols to complete safety testing of the pipes.
