The Planning Commission Meeting scheduled for June 30th has been cancelled since the only applicant (PREIT) has asked to be removed from the agenda. PREIT, the owner of the Exton Square mall, is proposing a 354-unit apartment building on the site of the former Sears Automotive Center.
The proposal has been submitted as a conditional use application, which is the first step of a two-step review process required for large projects. The Applicant has provided an extension for the application and is scheduled to return in September. Further details on the meeting and date will be posted closer to the meeting date.
