West Whiteland is closing for all non-essential services until March 30. Police remain on duty. Department staff will be checking their messages. Permit applications will be accepted and reviewed but there will be no in-person inspections. We encourage everyone to stay home while the governor’s mitigation plan is in effect for Chester County.
