The Board of Supervisors (BOS) will continue the conditional use hearing for the Master Plan for The Walk at Exton Town Centre (site of the Exton Mall) at their October 22 meeting. The hearing will be allotted one hour and continued at the next BOS meeting, as 2026 budget presentations are also on the agenda.
The developer calls The Walk at Exton Town Centre "a pedestrian and wellness-oriented mixed use town center, inclusive of a variety of residential, retail, office, institutional, and recreational uses which will serve as the focal point for West Whiteland Township."
The conditional use hearing with the BOS follows recommendations for approval of the Master Plan by the Planning Commission on August 19 and the Historical Commission on September 8.
