Commerce Pursuit Capital and the Westrum Development Company have withdrawn their application to construct a 150-unit personal care facility on a 7-acre tract along Boot Rd. between the Banbury Shops shopping center and Boot Road Park. The project received conditional use approval in September 2022, and the Township Planning Commission was in the process of reviewing the final land development plan.
