On an annual basis, property owners within the Township will receive a sewer and recycling bill covering the period from January 1 through December 31 of the prior year. Bills are mailed out the end of May and should be received no later than the first week in June. If you do not receive a bill by then, residents are urged to contact the Township directly by emailing sewerbilling@westwhiteland.org or calling 484-875-6025.
Payments
The Residential Sewer Fee for 2017 is $280 and the Recycling Fee is $49.00. Residents are able to pay their Sewer & Recycling Bill in the following ways:
In Person: For your convenience, there is a drop box in front of our building at 101 Commerce Drive. Please put the payment stub and check with account number in an envelope. A stamp is not required and you do not even have to park.
Online: Using a Credit Card – Subject to a 2.65% processing fee. Click here to pay online.

Late Fees and Change of Address
Sewer and recycling payments are due 30 days from the bill date. Fees that are not paid within 30 days will be deemed delinquent and are subject to a 10% late fee that will be added to the bill.
As a reminder, it is the responsibility of all property owners to supply the Township with their correct billing address. Updates to your billing address must be received in writing or by e-mail from the property owner of record to: sewerbilling@westwhiteland.org.
Any sewer and recycling accounts that remain delinquent after 90 days may be subject to Collections at which point additional collections and legal costs may apply.
