DEP approved permit modifications that will allow Sunoco to resume pipeline construction near the Chester County Library, near Hill’s Seafood on Route 100 and near the Chester Valley Trail crossing on Lincoln Highway. The construction is a mix of open trench construction and boring under roads and streams.
