[ARCHIVED] Chester County Water Conditions

The Chester County Water Resources Authority released a report summarizing water conditions between Jan 2018-June 2019. It's a slightly technical but still comprehensible summary. Note: Most of West Whiteland is in the East Branch Brandywine watershed.
