Comcast is planning to close Ship Road between King Road and Business U.S. 30 (Lincoln Highway) on Monday, September 30, through Friday, October 4, from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following morning for utility work, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
During the closure, Ship Road motorists will be directed to use King Road, Boot Road, Route 100 (Pottstown Pike) and Business U.S. 30 (Lincoln Highway). Local access will be maintained up to the work zone. The schedule is weather dependent.
Comcast will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit
