The Pension Advisory Board oversees the investments of both the police and non-uniform pension plans and the trust for other post-employment benefits (OPEB) for police (retiree health and life insurance). The Pension Advisory Board meets quarterly to review fund performance and provides recommendations to the Board of Supervisors regarding the allocations of fund investments.

Pennsylvania's Act 44 of 2009 Disclosure Law requires service providers to the West Whiteland Township pension plans to provide certain disclosures on an annual basis.
