The Main Meeting Room is located on the second floor of the Township building (elevator available) and has a capacity of 100 people. For smaller groups, the Community Room can accommodate up to 30 people.

Food is not allowed, unless approved by Township staff. The Main Meeting Room is meant for professional meetings only. For any type of social function, please take a look at Boot Road Park House.

Pricing: (for a 4-hour use period)

Type 1
 No charge
  • Non-profit (501c3) organizations chartered in WWT or 50% WWT membership; 
  • Government agencies; 
  • Township residents for private use
Type 2
 $75
  • Businesses based in WWT or serving WWT residents; 
  • Non-profits not based in WWT
Type 3
 $450
  •  Non-residents – individuals, groups, businesses, athletic leagues serving primarily non-residents

Renters may not re-organize the room set-up. Township staff will set up the room. Extensive room set up changes may incur a fee of $50/hour.
